Gary Simpson was previously Chief Customer Officer and Managing Director of our International division. Gary has responsibility for developing B2B and C2C service propositions and improving end-to-end customer experience for Parcelforce Worlwide's customers. Gary has worked within Royal Mail Group for over 20 years in a variety of senior roles.
