Welsh Language Scheme

In accordance with the Welsh Language Board guidelines, Royal Mail Group’s PDF Welsh Language Scheme (PDF 149KB) adopts the principle that, in the conduct of public business in Wales, it will treat the English and Welsh languages on the basis of equality.

Our new statutory Scheme approved by the Welsh Language Board on 16 December 2011 sets out what we do to give equal status to the Welsh and English languages when providing services to our customers in Wales.

Customers in Wales who prefer to transact their business with us in Welsh,are encouraged to do so. We're committed to providing an equally high standard of service in both Welsh and English.
