Royal Mail's Quality of Service

Research International is the independent company which measures the quality of service provided by Royal Mail. The results - which are fully independent of Royal Mail - are used to help Royal Mail improve further the service it provides to its customers.

Research International measures Royal Mail's performance using a large panel of volunteers. A mix of both private individuals and businesses all over the country send test letters to each other and then log on the internet the dates when they posted and received this mail. Some 30,000 test letters are sent each month. Research International, of course, pays all postage costs.

More volunteers are currently being recruited. If you would like to join Research International's panel, please contact the research company using the email address below. Remember - this is research which is independent of Royal Mail and Research International will not disclose any personal details of the members of its panel to Royal Mail.
