The UK postal market is now open to competition
Bulk mail services have been open to competition since 2003 and, from January 2006, the entire postal market has been opened up. Throughout this process Postcomm has consulted Royal Mail, and other interested parties, about the impact that opening the market will have on the country’s postal service.
