The company has approximately 4,500 employees and operates across a network of 52 depots throughout the UK. We manage international traffic through one of two central hubs in Coventry.

Parcelforce has one of the highest quality of service records in the express parcels industry, with a first-time delivery rate of 96.8 per cent. Christmas 2011 saw our best Christmas ever in terms of volume – while still achieving a 96.7 per cent first-time delivery record.

We continue to lead for the rest of the parcels business with respect to its innovation and technology.

We already offer a full range of timed options for UK and international delivery. Further investment in the business, including our IT capabilities, will ensure that Parcelforce’s customers have industry-leading delivery options in due course.
