Royal Mail Group completed a consultation on its proposal to close the Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) on 6 November 2009. This consultation was only with contributing RSP members and employees who were not members of the Royal Mail Pension Plan or the Royal Mail Defined Contribution Plan. After carefully considering the feedback received during the consultation period Royal Mail Group has decided to close the RSP from 31 December 2009. Access the Decision document here. Find out more about this consultation on the RSP consultation pages. No changes were proposed to the Royal Mail Pension Plan or the Royal Mail Defined Contribution Plan as part of the consultation process.
