Royal Mail Group Board

The Board is responsible for setting the objectives and strategy for the Group and for monitoring performance and risk management. The Board is committed to ensuring that it provides effective leadership and promotes uncompromising ethical standards.

Audit & Risk Committee

The Audit & Risk Committee is responsible for reviewing all financial statements and disclosures, alongside satisfying itself that internal controls and risk management processes work effectively.

Nomination Committee

Responsible for evaluating the balance of skills, knowledge, experience and diversity of the Board, and ensuring a progressive renewal of Board membership through orderly succession planning.

Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee is responsible for determining the framework for the remuneration of senior executives across the Group and agreeing targets for any performance-related incentive schemes.

Pensions Committee

Responsible for reviewing and approving objectives and monitoring performance of the Royal Mail pension schemes, alongside policy and strategy considerations concerning pensions and investment matters that are significant to the Group.
